[Your Account and Subscription](https://help.nowbookit.com/get-started?hsLang=en#your-account-and-subscription) # Troubleshooting Login Issues: Admin Portal & Restaurant Diary ## If you're experiencing trouble logging into your Now Book It Admin Portal or Restaurant Diary, follow the steps below to resolve the issue. ### 1. **Basic Login Fix** 1. **Close your current browser tab.** 2. Open a **new tab** and manually enter this address: 🔗 [admin.nowbookit.com](https://admin.nowbookit.com) 3. Attempt to log in again using your **username** and **password**. If you're still unable to access the Admin Portal or Restaurant Diary, continue with the steps below to clear your browser cache. --- #### How to Clear Your Browser Cache Clearing your cache can help resolve login or loading issues caused by stored data. Follow the guide for your browser below. --- ### Google Chrome (Laptop – Windows/macOS) 1. **Close all Chrome windows completely.** 2. Reopen **Google Chrome** (do *not* open Now Book It yet). 3. 1. Right-click on your screen, select **Inspect** this will open then developor tools (or click **F12** on your keyboard) 2. Right-click the **Reload** button (next to the URL bar at the top of your browser). 3. Close Chrome once the data is cleared. 5. Reopen Chrome and navigate to: 🔗 [admin.nowbookit.com](https://admin.nowbookit.com) 6. Log in using your credentials. --- ### Safari (Laptop – macOS Only) 1. Open **Safari**. 2. In the top menu bar, click **Safari \> Preferences**. 3. Go to the **Privacy** tab. 4. Click **Manage Website Data...** 5. Click **Remove All**, then confirm by clicking **Remove Now**. 6. Reopen [admin.nowbookit.com](https://admin.nowbookit.com) and log in again. --- ### Microsoft Edge (Laptop – Windows/macOS) 1. Open **Microsoft Edge**. 2. Click the **three dots (⋯)** in the top-right corner. 3. Navigate to **Settings \> Privacy, search, and services**. 4. Under **Clear browsing data**, click **Choose what to clear**. 5. Set the **Time range** to **All time**. 6. Select: - Cached images and files - Cookies and other site data 7. Click **Clear now**. 8.
