Triniteq integration

Now Book It's integration with Triniteq's PowerEPOS connects your bookings and guest data directly to the till, so reservations, payments and gift vouchers stay in sync between the two systems.

What the integration does

  • Bookings made in Now Book It are sent through to PowerEPOS, and vice versa, so your team can see reservation details right at the point of sale.
  • Table statuses sync between both systems, tracking each booking through the customer journey from reservation to final payment.
  • Prepayments taken through Now Book It appear as credit on the matching order in PowerEPOS.
  • Gift vouchers purchased through your Now Book It booking widget are automatically applied as credit to the customer's bill in PowerEPOS.
  • Customer data, including total spend and items ordered, is sent from PowerEPOS back to Now Book It, giving you a complete picture of each guest for reporting and marketing.
