Take away mode diary

The Diary works the same way for Takeaway as it does for regular bookings, with two exceptions - a Delivery Address tab, and how Booking Notes are handled.

Delivery address tab

  1. A Delivery Address tab appears on the booking form when in Takeaway mode.
  2. Online Delivery orders placed through the widget automatically populate this tab with the customer's address.
  3. Bookings made directly in the Diary (Pickup or Delivery) will only show the Delivery Address tab once the initial booking has been saved.

Booking notes

If you add Booking Notes to an order entered in the Diary (Pickup or Delivery), those notes are sent as "Special Requests" in the email. 

You can find or update this email address in Venue Settings > Booking Notifications.
