# Setting Up Table Joins in your Diary
## Table joins let you push tables together to accommodate larger groups, including larger bookings made through the online widget.
### Creating a table join
1. Go to **Venue** **Settings \> Tables \> Layouts**.
2. Select the layout you want to add table joins to.
3. Select the **Table Joins** tab.
4. Click the **+ Add table join** button.
5. From the **Table** drop-down menu, select the tables you'd like to join.
6. Complete the remaining required fields.
7. Click **Save**.
8. Repeat this for every combination of tables you'd like to make available as a join.
**Note:** if one table in a join is booked, the whole join becomes unavailable. Set up several different table join combinations to stay flexible for larger groups. Joins are only offered once all available single tables have been allocated.
