When you log in to app.nowbookit.com for the first time, you'll be sent an email to create a new password. The email will go to the username email so please ensure you have access to this email to log in.
1. Add your email address and select Continue with email. This will send an email to your registered email address.
2. You will receive an email to set your new password. Click on the link Reset password.
3. Add your First name and Last name then select Continue.
4. Add a Password and hit Continue. If your new password is not accepted you will have to try again.
Your new password may be different from the one you used in the old login flow and must be at least 10 characters long. We check how guessable your password is, not what symbols it contains.
Need to switch back to the old experience while it's still around? No problem - your original password still works until the shutdown date.
