First time log in to Now Book It Platform

We've introduced a new login experience for the new Now Book It. Here's everything you need to know, including how to sign in faster with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, and how to set up your new password if you don't.

You will need to access the new platform on the new URL's listed below they it will be replacing the old URL's, which will be decommissioned soon.

Sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple

If you already have a Google, Microsoft, or Apple account that uses the same email address as your Now Book It username, you can skip the password altogether - just select Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with Apple, and you're in.

A few things to know:

  • Your account email must match your registered Now Book It username exactly. If it doesn't, the login won't connect and you'll need to use the password flow below instead.
  • Signing in with Apple? You must share your email address when prompted. Apple's "Hide My Email" option can't be used to log in to Now Book It, as we need your real email address to match it to your username.

Reset your password

If your email doesn't match a Google, Microsoft, or Apple account, you'll need to create a new password the first time you log in.

Your registered log in email is where we'll send everything, so make sure you have access to it before you start.

  1. Add your email address and select Continue with email. 
  2. Select Reset Password. This will send an email to your log in email
  3. Open the email and click Reset password.
  4. Add your first name and last name, then select Continue.
  5. Create a password and select Continue. If your password isn't accepted, check the requirements below and try again.

If you do not receive an email when clicking reset password, please ensure the email address you've used matches your log in email.

Password requirements

Your new password can be different from the one you used in the old login flow. It must be at least 12 characters and include:

  • one uppercase letter
  • one lowercase letter
  • one number
  • one special character (e.g. %, #, &, ^)

Switching back to the old login

Not ready to make the switch? Your original password still works in the old platform for a limited time.
