Integrating your POS or CRM with a Now Book It partner

Connecting your POS (point of sale) or CRM (customer relationship management) system to Now Book It lets your bookings, payments and customer data sync automatically.

Integration fees

  • A monthly integration fee applies to most POS integrations: $20/month for a full integration (or bookings-only), or $10/month for a gift card only integration.
  • Integrating with Function Tracker, me&u Connect, First Table, or Impact Data's Talkbox is free to integrate.
  • There's no setup cost from Now Book It. The monthly fee, where one applies, is simply added to your Now Book It subscription.

Activating your integration

  1. Confirm your POS or CRM system with your account manager.
  2. Agree to the integration fee, if one applies to your system.
  3. Wait to be contacted. Your Account Manager will sent your POS or CRM partner, instructions and API Keys to get you connected. For Square or Lightspeed (Kounta), your Account Manager will help you with how to authenticate access.
  4. You're connected. Once set up, your reservations, payments, and gift card data will start syncing automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there an integration fee for POS systems?
Each POS integration adds ongoing server load for processing and storing data. The monthly fee covers these infrastructure costs and keeps things running reliably.

Is there a setup cost from Now Book It?
No. There's no setup charge from Now Book It, only the ongoing monthly integration fee, where it applies, which is added to your Now Book It subscription.

Can I integrate both a POS and a CRM system?
Yes. You can connect both, if supported, so reservations, payments, and customer data sync across every platform.

I can't see my POS or CRM listed here, or I need an API for my own system.

If its not on the list, we don't currently have an API set up for that system yet. We are working on a suite of API's for venues to connect to in future however you can contact help@nowbookit.com or your Account Manager to see if we have it in the pipeline.
