Now Book It reservations are visible on H&L Exceed POS.
When a Now Book It reservation is seated and a table is added in Exceed POS, a table check is automatically sent to Now Book It.
Deposits taken through Now Book It can be automatically redeemed against the table when a booking is seated in Exceed POS.
Table status changes made in Sysnet are sent to Now Book It, wherever there's a matching status name.
A table is automatically created in Exceed POS when a Now Book It reservation is seated.
Table transaction data flows back to the Now Book It reservation and guest profile live, as it happens.

Create the reservation. The booking is created in Now Book It.
H&L picks up the details. Exceed POS pulls a webhook message from Now Book It containing the full reservation details.
View the reservation. Open the Booking List page in Exceed POS to see the reservation details.
Seat the booking. When the reservation is seated in Now Book It, a table opens automatically in Exceed POS.

Take a deposit. Enter the deposit against the booking in Now Book It. This automatically emails the customer to pay, and updates the amount paid on the booking once payment is successful.
The reservation updates in H&L. The deposit amount is sent through and recorded against the reservation.
Change a deposit. If the deposit amount is changed in Now Book It, the updated amount is sent through automatically.
Seat the booking. When the reservation is seated in Now Book It, the table is automatically created in Sysnet.
Redeem the deposit. If Redeem Deposits when Seating is switched on, under Utilities > System Options > Table Interfaces in Sysnet, the deposit is automatically redeemed against the table.

Customers purchase a digital gift card through the venue's website.
The gift card's Now Book It ID and balance are stored in Now Book It.
When a customer pays in-store with a gift card, venue staff enter the gift card number through the H&L POS screen.
Customers can redeem part or all of the gift card balance.
Customers can split payment between a gift card and cash.
Transaction details are sent in real time and stored in the Now Book It gift card management portal.

Use this when the order total is more than the gift card's balance.

Create the order and select Checkout, making sure the total is more than the gift card amount.
Select Other Payment.
Enter the gift card amount in the Stored Value field. If there's a remaining amount, add it to the field below and take payment for it by cash, EFTPOS, or account.
Select Keypad and enter the Now Book It gift card number.
The payment processes and redeems automatically, you'll find it listed on the Now Book It admin page.

Use this when the gift card is being used to pay only part of the order.

Add the items to the order in H&L POS.
Select Other Payment.
Enter the amount to redeem in the Stored Value field.
Select Keypad, then enter the whole Now Book It gift card number, or just the last four digits, and press Enter.
The payment processes and finishes automatically, you'll find it listed on the Now Book It admin page.
