Gift Card Settings

Widget

1. Select the gift card theme of the gift card Widget by selecting Light, Dark or Medium. 
2. Choose the Colour
3. Preview what it will look like for customers by selecting gift card widget button at the top right of your screen
4. Copy the widget embed code here when you're ready to add to your website

Settings

1. Under General Settings

   1. Add a Maximum number of cards sold per transaction
   2. Select a Maximum value per transaction
   3. Default Card Expiry autofilled at 36 months (Australian and NZ Venues must have a minimum of 36 months)
2. If you want to sell Physical Cards on your widget, tick this option
3. Enable reCaptcha (recommended to choose one option)  
4. Under Fee Settings
   1. Select whether you'd like to Include NBI fee in gift card amount or Pass the fee to the customer as an additional charge. This service charge is set at 1.99% per transaction
   2. Add transaction or credit card fee as a $ value per card or as a % per transaction

       

5. Select Save

Messages

Here you can edit or review all the pre populated Automated messages and notifictaion of gift card sales including:

• Email address for notifications of gift card sales
• Gift card terms and conditions
• Gift card widget description 
• eGift Card Widget Description
• Confirmation of Purchase Widget Message
• Promotional Information (add your own messages such as upcoming events, social media handles or special offers)
• Widget message for exceeding maximum number of cards per transaction
• Widget message for exceeding Maximum value per transaction

If changes are made, select save before moving on.
