Gift Card Set Up

For setting up your gift card widget, please go to Gift Card Settings

Go to Venue>Settings to create a new gift card type or edit your existing gift card offering

PDF - Digital Cards

1. Gift Cards > Setup > PDF.
2. Select pattern and theme for the digital gift card
3. Upload an image for the background of your digital gift card
   

   • Maximum file size: 10MB

   • Recommended Dimensions Height 2048px, Width 2048px
     
4. Preview 

Fixed Amounts

1. Gift Cards > Setup > Gift Card Types.
2. Select Create New Card Type.
3. Choose the type: eGift Card or Physical.
4. Set the status to Active (you can deactivate later without deleting it).
5. Enter the card's value.
6. Set an expiry date.
7. Select Save.

Repeat for every card value you want to offer on your gift card widget.

Custom Amounts

Instead of fixed values, you can let customers set their own amount on an eGift Card only:

1. When creating (or editing) an eGift Card type, tick Allow custom amount.
2. Set a minimum value - $5 or higher.
3. Set a maximum value.
4. Select Create to finish.

Good to know:

• Custom amounts only work on eGift Cards, not physical cards.
• Only one active card type can have custom amounts on at a time. If another type already has it enabled, you'll need to make that one inactive (or switch its custom amount off) before you can turn it on elsewhere.
• Minimum and maximum values must be whole dollar amounts no decimals — and the minimum can't go below $5. Leave a field blank, add a decimal, or dip under the $5 floor, and you'll get an error until it's fixed.

Discounts 

1. Go to Gift Cards > Setup >Discounts
2. Select Create new discount button
3. Add in:
   1. The code you'd like to use
   2. The Discount mount %
   3. The Start date and End date for the discount on sales to be applied
   4. Tick Active if ready to use, you can also do this later after saving
   5. Select which cards to apply to (unticking All will show all your available gift card, click to apply)
   6. Click create
