Capacity and overdue alerts

How the diary warns you when you're approaching or over capacity

If you've set up Max Pax intervals for your venue, the diary tracks capacity for each interval and shows warnings in the booking form, timeline and Floor Plan, so you always know how close you are to being full.

Where you'll see capacity warnings

  • In the booking page - you can see remaining capacity for each interval as you make a booking.
  • In the timeline and Floor Plan - a light red alert appears when you're close to reaching Max Pax for an interval, and a dark red alert appears once you've reached or gone over it.

Overdue bookings

Once a booking passes its grace period (15 minutes by default) without being marked Seated, it shows as red in the timeline and floor plan view flagging that it may need following up.

This grace period can be adjusted - see Highlight overdue bookings in Booking Settings

Seated vs due to arrive

Hovering over a specific time in the timeline shows a comparison between:

  • Bookings due to arrive in that interval
  • Covers for the bookings in that interval
  • Bookings already marked Seated
  • Bookings due/unseated

This gives you a quick read on how service is tracking against what's booked.
