Take note of the last 4 digits of the restaurant gift card featured on the left hand side of the voucher ![image-20220311-050833](https://help.nowbookit.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-20220311-050833.png?width=670&height=661&name=image-20220311-050833.png) 2. Go to Now Book It [Admin Page](https://admin.nowbookit.com/dashboard/enquiries) and select your venue. Select the “Management” tab under “Gift Cards” on the left hand side to view all your venues gift cards.![Screen Shot 2026-02-04 at 3.32.21 PM](https://help.nowbookit.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202026-02-04%20at%203.32.21%20PM.png?width=379&height=307&name=Screen%20Shot%202026-02-04%20at%203.32.21%20PM.png) You can also access the Gift Cards from the diary page by clicking the “Gift Card” button in the top right hand corner of the Diary Page. This will then also bring up the “Gift Card Management” page. 3. Enter the last 4 letters and numbers from the Gift Voucher into the Card Number search bar 4. Click into the correct Gift Voucher to open it. Select the action you would like to complete: 1. Mark As Used A popup will appear with the card details displayed - check the details are correct and then select ‘Use Card’. If the details are incorrect, you can select the ‘close’ button and go back to the management portal and select the correct card: 2. Mark As Cancelled A popup will appear with the card details displayed - check the details are correct and then select ‘Cancel Card’. If the details are incorrect, you can select the ‘close’ button and go back to the management portal and select the correct card: 3. Partial Redeem A popup will appear with the card details displayed - check the details are correct, enter the partial redeem amount and then select ‘Redeem Card’. If the details are incorrect, you can select the ‘close’ button and go back to the management portal and select the correct card. Please Note: If you Partially Redeem the Gift Card, the recipient will receive an updated Gift Card with the new total amount. In the above popup, a new email address can be entered for the new card amount to be sent to. 4. Reissue This option allows you to reissue the gift card, using the details shown further down the same page. ### Export - Navigate to the "Management" tab under gift cards, as shown in #2 (above) - Clicking the "Download" button on the right side of the page will download the current results displaying on the page.
