Discount Codes for Gift Cards

Create a discount code that customers can apply at checkout when running a gift card promotion.

  1. From the Admin Portal, select your Venue. 
  2. Go to Gift Cards> Setup on the left hand side of the Admin Panel. 
  3. Select the Discounts tab at the top, then +Create new discount in the top right.


    1. In the Discount code field enter a name for the discount code (eg. xmasoffer)
    2. In the Discount Amount % field enter a discount percentage.
    3. Enter a Start date and End date for the validity of the promotional code.
    4. Tick active to make this discount code active or deselect to deactivate
    5. Select All cards to apply the discount to all active gift cards, or deselect to only apply the code to selected cards. Options will show once the All Cards box is unticked.
    6. Click Create
